Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager – Brand & Sales Role Overview

MARIO Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a commercially driven Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager to take ownership of the growth of our brand and product portfolio on Amazon India.

The role requires someone who can think beyond basic marketplace operations. The candidate should be capable of analysing sales, identifying growth opportunities, launching current products, improving catalogue performance, planning promotions and advertising, managing inventory and pricing strategy, and coordinating effectively with our marketplace and retail partners.

Our objective is to significantly scale our Amazon business while maintaining healthy margins, strong product availability and long-term brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall Amazon growth strategy for MARIO.
- Analyse existing product performance and identify opportunities to grow sales.
- Plan and execute launches of new products on Amazon.
- Manage and optimise catalogue content, keywords, images, A+ Content and product positioning.




- Monitor pricing, competition, Buy Box position, promotions and market trends.
- Analyse sell-through, stock availability and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with marketplace/retail partners for purchase orders, stock planning, pricing, promotions and product launches.
- Develop Amazon advertising and promotional strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
- Identify products with potential to become category leaders.
- Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, advertising and profitability data.
- Recommend which products should receive greater investment and which should be corrected or discontinued.
- Improve organic rankings and conversion rates.
- Track competitors and identify gaps in their assortment, pricing and positioning.
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly growth reports with action points.
- Take ownership of achieving aggressive and profitable sales growth.
