Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical HR professional to drive Corporate HR initiatives, HR transformation projects, HRMS administration, process excellence, and workforce analytics. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead critical HR projects and transformation initiatives.
- Develop HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for leadership reviews.
- Manage HRMS implementation, migration, enhancement, or administration activities.
- Design and document SOPs, policies, and HR process frameworks.
- Create impactful presentations, reports, and business proposals.
- Leverage AI tools to improve HR productivity, reporting, and process automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and process improvements.

Preferred Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in Corporate HR, HR Excellence, HR Operations, or HR Transformation roles.
- Strong academic record from reputed Tier 1/Tier 2 institutions (pref).
- Experience in IT, GCC, BFSI, Consulting, Telecom, Manufacturing, or Services sectors preferred.
