Experience:
- Entry-Level: 0-2 years of experience in IT, data analysis, or a related field. This experience can be gained through internships, part time jobs, or academic projects.

Key Responsibilities -
- Analyse IT systems and processes to identify improvements and
- efficiencies.
- Assist in gathering and analysing data for IT projects.
- Help prepare reports on IT operations and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to implement changes or upgrades.
- Document system configurations and processes.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant Coursework (Anyone): Courses in data analysis, systems analysis, database management, and business processes are required.

Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:
- Data Analysis: Basic skills in analysing data using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Database Management:



Basic understanding of databases, including how to query and manage data.
- Troubleshooting: Basic problem-solving skills to identify issues in IT systems and propose solutions.
- Documentation: Ability to document processes, workflows, and requirements clearly and concisely.

Soft Skills:
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and draw meaningful insights.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:
- Business Process Understanding: Some exposure to or understanding of how business processes are managed and improved through IT solutions.
