Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with robust expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Cases, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
- Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Develop and maintain Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Approval Processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, debugging, and production support.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrators, Architects, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, governance guidelines, and CI/CD processes.
- Troubleshoot application issues and continuously optimize Salesforce solutions for performance and reliability.
