Role Overview

The Assistant Relationship Manager will support the organization’s efforts in building and nurturing partnerships with NGOs, managing volunteer engagement, and assisting in the execution of impact-driven projects. This role is ideal for individuals with early-career experience in the social sector who are passionate about volunteer management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

NGO Partners




- Assist in researching and identifying credible NGOs to expand the partner network.
- Act as the first point of contact for NGO partners on routine matters.
- Support in understanding NGO needs and aligning volunteer placements accordingly.
- Document and track volunteer placements on the in-house cloud database.

Impact Projects
- Conduct volunteer orientation sessions and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain and update the volunteer database regularly.
- Help match volunteer skills with NGO and project requirements.
- Ensure quality volunteer experiences and provide timely feedback mechanisms.

Corporate Engagements
- Assist senior leaders in pitching and implementing corporate volunteering initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for on ground and virtual employee volunteering programs.
- Liaise with vendors and support reporting requirements for corporate partners.
