About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, technical expertise, and experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction documentation and completion.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project goals are met.

* Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.

* Resolve complex technical and design challenges in office or during the planning process.

* Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and building bylaws.

* Manage project timelines, budgets,



and schedules effectively.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelors / Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

* 5 to 10 years of proven experience in architecture and project delivery.

* Proficient in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

* Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction technologies, and building systems.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

* Good knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, institutional, or urban design projects.

* Experience working with sustainable/green building design.

* Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) India.
