Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Knowledge Management, Business Process Analysis, Content Goverce, Stakeholder Management, Digital Transformation, and AI-enabled Knowledge Discovery Platforms. This individual will be responsible for defining business requirements, driving user adoption, establishing goverce frameworks, and ensuring the recent platform aligns with organizational objectives.

The consultant will work closely with Product Owners, Knowledge Authors, Business Leaders, Solution Architects, AI Engineers, and Delivery Teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the enterprise Knowledge Management ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define user personas, use cases, business workflows, and process maps.
- Create business requirements documents BRDs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.




- Manage requirement prioritization and backlog refinement activities.
- AI Knowledge Discovery Enablement: Collaborate with AI teams to define business requirements for AI-powered search.
- AI Knowledge Discovery Enablement: Collaborate with AI teams to define business requirements for Auto-tagging.
