- Escalating advanced technical problems to tier-2 or tier-3 teams.
- Documenting troubleshooting steps and maintaining knowledge base articles.
- Job RequirementsA degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of Windows, macOS, and office productivity software.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL service management frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
