Job Summary

The BD / Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing sales opportunities within Central Government, State Government, PSUs, Government Hospitals,



and Medical Colleges. The role involves lead generation, telephonic and virtual client interactions, tender prospect identification, appointment setting, proposal coordination, and supporting the field sales team to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads from Government healthcare organizations.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce the company's healthcare products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Govt departments, government hospitals, health departments, and medical colleges
- Identify upcoming tenders, RFPs, GeM opportunities, and procurement requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain an updated database of government contacts and sales opportunities in the CRM.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending approvals.
