Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from international clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Process customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
- Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO customer service or similar industry.
- Proficiency in handling inbound calls, including technical voice processes (US Voice Process).
- Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
