We are looking for a BOQ Estimator / Quantity Take-Off Specialist to support our growing flooring business and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from architectural drawings and specifications

Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements

Review floor plans, tender drawings and project specifications

Calculate quantities for carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl, LVT, hybrid, timber and other flooring products

Prepare material, labour and installation quantities

Assist with tender pricing and cost estimation

Identify discrepancies, missing information and scope requirements

Maintain accurate estimating and project records

Candidate Profile

Experience in BOQ / Quantity Surveying / Estimation





Strong ability to read architectural and construction drawings

Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail

Positive knowledge of Excel

Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, CostX, MeasureSquare or similar estimating software is an advantage

Flooring, interiors or construction industry experience preferred

Good written and spoken English communication skills
