Position - Relationship Manager - Diplomatic segment

Location - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and build a Liabilities, Assets and fee income portfolio of clients through referrals / leads generated through the Diplomatic segment RM team
- Revenue generation through cross sell of business banking products like Trade, Forex, Retail Assets to Diplomatic related business clients.
- Acquiring and managing both business and individual (resident and NRI) clients through
segmented approach within the eco system of Diplomatic missions, such as landlords, commercial and trade clients who have business interests in targeted countries. Eco system includes Travel & foreign trade,



Goods & services - manufacturing / trading, education etc.
- Performing Portfolio - allocations, reviews & financial check-ups for each client at
- defined frequency.
- Extensive collaboration with Diplomatic segment and product specialists to provide
- superior and tailored business banking solutions. Regular update / feedback to be provided to the Diplomatic segment team.
- Work in close coordination with Client Experience Manager to deliver superior service to clients.
- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
