About the Role

We are building a new-age staffing and workforce solutions company serving both domestic and international markets, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Head to lead client acquisition and revenue growth from the ground up. This is a founding leadership role for someone who can identify new market opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, acquire clients, generate staffing requirements and develop long-term business partnerships across India and international markets. The role offers significant autonomy to shape the company's go-to-market strategy, build the business development function and contribute directly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies across domestic and international staffing markets, with a focus on sustainable revenue growth.
- Identify target industries, companies, geographies and potential accounts with staffing and workforce requirements.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach,



industry events and strategic partnerships.
- Establish relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, hiring managers, business owners and procurement decision-makers.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and requirement generation to commercial negotiations, contract closure and client onboarding.
- Develop strategic partnerships with companies, staffing firms, recruitment agencies, MSPs and other workforce solution providers.
- Establish scalable business development processes, sales systems and performance metrics, and progressively build and lead the sales team.

What We Are Looking For
- 5–15 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, workforce solutions, recruitment sales or B2B business development.
- Proven track record of recent client acquisition and revenue generation, preferably across both domestic and international markets.
