Job Description – Taxation Executive

Position: Taxation Executive

Key Responsibilities

GST Compliance

* Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and other GST returns.

* Reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts.

* Input Tax Credit (ITC) verification and reconciliation with GSTR-2B.

* Handling GST notices, assessments, and departmental queries.

* GST registration, amendment, cancellation, and LUT applications.

TDS & Income Tax

* Preparation and filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.).

* TDS reconciliation and issuance of TDS certificates.

* Calculation and payment of Advance Tax.

* Assisting in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing.

* Responding to income tax notices and queries.

Accounting & Compliance

* Review of accounting entries from a taxation perspective.





* Monthly compliance tracking and follow-up with clients.

* Reconciliation of books with statutory returns.

* Preparation of compliance reports and MIS.

Documentation

* Maintaining tax records, challans, and compliance documents.

* Ensuring proper filing and storage of tax-related documents.

Skills Required

* Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances.

* Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST Portal.

* Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

* Good communication and client-handling abilities.

* Ability to meet statutory deadlines.

Qualification

* B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter.

* Relevant experience in taxation and compliance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
