Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a robust interest in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Support the store team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance.
- Assist with POS billing, payments, exchanges, and returns.
- Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Maintain basic sales and customer records.
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.




- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team for smooth store operations.

Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, Retail Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
