Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who can analyze structured and semi-structured data to generate actionable business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced SQL, relational databases, MongoDB, data visualization, and business reporting.

The candidate will work with data from multiple database platforms and create meaningful dashboards, KPIs, reports, and insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and cloud data platforms.
- Write complex and advanced SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau.
- Extract, transform, and analyze JSON / NoSQL data from MongoDB.
- Work with MongoDB Aggregation Pipelines for data analysis.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality checks.
- Create and monitor KPIs, MIS reports, dashboards,



and business insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities from large datasets.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable business recommendations.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.
