Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, goal-oriented
Inside Sales Specialist
to take charge of our inbound and outbound sales pipeline. In this role, your primary mission will be engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and using consultative selling techniques to turn warm opportunities into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries and conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Conduct discovery discussions to understand client requirements and qualify opportunities.
- Deliver clear, persuasive solution presentations and prepare accurate quotes.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close new business to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain clean lead records, communication logs, and pipeline tracking in the CRM.




- Collaborate closely with onboarding, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless client handoffs.
- Provide actionable feedback and pipeline reporting to help optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in inside sales, telesales, or lead conversion roles.
- Strong consultative sales and deal-closing capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening.
- Solid experience in pipeline management and working with CRM platforms and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a dedication to delivering great client experiences.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Kolkata and hit individual performance targets.
- Preferred:
Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
