Academic Counsellor & Tele Sales Executive – Job Description

Nexstay Academy of Hotel Management is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counsellors & Tele Sales Executives to promote hotel management courses, counsel students, generate admissions, and support the overall admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain hotel management courses, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents and address their queries.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students.
- Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission records.
- Achieve assigned admission and tele-sales targets.




- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and telephonic communication skills.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in tele-sales, counselling, or admissions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
