Job Summary: Penguin Petroleum Services (P) Ltd is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee all inventories of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables. The ideal candidate will ensure effective preservation, receipt, and issuance of inventory to meet the requirements of other departments. The Inventory Manager will implement best practices in store activities and manage a team of storekeepers and assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Oversight: Manage and oversee the entire inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
- Preservation and Receipt: Ensure effective preservation and receipt of inventory, maintaining optimal storage conditions.
- Issuance and Usage: Oversee the issuance of inventory to various departments based on their requirements.
- Best Practices Implementation: Implement and maintain best practices in inventory management and store activities.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of storekeepers and assistants, fostering a culture of efficiency and accuracy.
- Inventory Management Procedures:



Develop and implement inventory management procedures and practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, usage, and other key metrics to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all inventory management activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing and implementing inventory management procedures and practices.
- Education : Bachelors Degree in any filed.
- Skills: Robust leadership and team management skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of inventory management best practices and procedures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
