Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for IT positions in the US market. The recruiter should have good knowledge of US recruitment processes, job portals, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Work on IT requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
- Submit qualified candidates to open requirements within the given timelines.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate database.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Negotiate salary rates and manage offer discussions.
- Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards and processes.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of US IT Recruitment process.
- Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, indeed.
- Knowledge of different US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen).
- Solid sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and US shifts.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with ATS tools.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- Experience working with Direct Clients or implementation Partners.
