Position Summary

The Assistant Manager Administration will be responsible for managing facilities and administration operations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, including the main offices in Hyderabad and smaller branch offices across both states.

The role will ensure smooth, safe, compliant, and cost-effective workplace operations while maintaining a positive employee experience.

The position will manage facilities, administration, engineering, security, housekeeping, F&B; services, vendors, compliance, office projects, real estate, agreements, invoice processing, recent office setup, leasing, relocations, asset management, inventory, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end facilities and administration operations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, including the main offices in Hyderabad and smaller branch offices.
- Manage engineering, housekeeping, security, transport, F&B; services, events, and day-to-day workplace operations.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and smooth functioning of facility infrastructure and critical systems.




- Manage vendors, service agreements, contract renewals, SLAs, service quality, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure statutory, fire, EHS, safety, and other regulatory compliance requirements are maintained.
- Manage real estate activities including new office identification, site evaluation, leasing, agreement coordination, office setup, relocation, expansion, and closure activities.
- Coordinate with landlords, real estate partners, and internal stakeholders for lease-related and facility requirements.
- Manage asset verification, asset transfer/disposal, inventory control, and office handover activities.
- Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, rental payments, invoice processing, procurement, cost control, and cost optimization initiatives.
