Production Supervisor – Aluminium Die Casting

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, managing manpower, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor machine operations, cycle times, rejection and productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Tool Room teams.
- Ensure proper handling of dies, machines, raw materials and finished goods.
- Identify production issues and take immediate corrective action.
- Maintain discipline and 5S on the shop floor.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.




- Train and guide operators and helpers.
- Minimize rejection, downtime and material wastage.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Aluminium/Zinc Die Casting, CNC machining will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of shop-floor production processes.
- Experience in manpower handling and production planning.
- Good understanding of quality and rejection control.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented manufacturing setting.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate
Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing/production

Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
