- We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day store operations, inventory management, staff coordination, customer service, and overall restaurant performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, operational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations efficiently.
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and overall store performance.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, receiving, and storage.
- Ensure proper FIFO and FEFO practices are followed.
- Monitor food cost, wastage, and stock variance.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Service, Purchase, Accounts, and HR teams.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Manage staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports for management.
- Ensure restaurant SOPs, company policies, and statutory requirements are followed.




- Monitor cash handling and ensure proper billing and settlement procedures.
- Conduct regular stock audits and identify discrepancies.
- Support recruitment, staff training, orientation, and performance improvement.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant and store areas.
- Drive sales growth and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business and operational targets.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or food & beverage operations.
- Robust knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory management.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and restaurant POS systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and solve operational issues effectively.
- Candidates with Hotel Management or relevant qualifications will be preferred.
