Job Summary

We are looking for a Solution Sales Executive / Assistant Manager with experience in B2B solution/project sales , preferably in data centers, critical power, electrical, HVAC, MEP, or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer engagement, proposal coordination, and sales closure.

Experience
- Experience: 4-5 years
- Industry: Data Center / Critical Infrastructure / Electrical / HVAC / MEP / Engineering Solutions
- Qualification: Graduate / Engineering degree preferred
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in data center and infrastructure solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, PMCs, EPCs, OEMs and partners .
- Understand customer requirements, project scope, timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with Solution Architects, Engineering, Estimation, Procurement and Project teams for proposals.
- Support preparation of technical-commercial proposals, BOQs/BOMs, quotations and presentations .




- Review and coordinate RFQs/RFPs, tenders, technical clarifications and commercial submissions .
- Follow up on opportunities from enquiry to negotiation and order closure .
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, forecasts and regular sales reports.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Track upcoming data center projects and provide market and competitor intelligence .

Solutions Exposure

Basic understanding of any of the following is preferred:
- Data Center Design Build
- UPS, batteries and DG systems
- MV/LV electrical distribution
- HVAC / precision cooling
- MEP solutions
- BMS / EPMS
- Modular/prefabricated data centers
- Data center expansion and retrofit
