Designation - Operations Manager

Salary – 50000 - 60000

Role & responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards
- Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.

- Act as the primary point of contact between the team and management.
- Resolve conflicts and address team concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
- Intercations with clients to ensure that the SLA’s are met

Preferred Candidates
- Prior experience in Business Operations or a similar role.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
