Role Summary

The Senior Accounts & Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for Greatlink entities, including Sales & Purchase records, Accounts Receivable & Payable, bank reconciliation, invoicing, revenue assurance, MIS reporting, and coordination for statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

*Accounting & Bookkeeping*
● Maintain day-to-day books of accounts, Sales & Purchase records, and financial documentation.
● Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
● Record and verify accounting transactions, journal entries, and General Ledger.
● Perform monthly bank and ledger reconciliations.
● Prepare customer and vendor ageing reports and support collection/payment follow-ups.
● Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
● Ensure all billable services are invoiced accurately and on time.
● Perform basic Revenue Assurance by reconciling services/orders, billing, AR and collections and identifying billing gaps or revenue leakage.
● Prepare monthly MIS, accounting reports, AR/AP reports,



and other management reports. ● Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
● Maintain and update accounting records in Zoho Books.
● Support finance process improvements, automation, and documentation.

*Tax & Compliance Coordination*
● Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS and other applicable tax compliances.
● Coordinate with CS for ROC-related compliances.
● Coordinate with payroll agency for PF, PT, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF and other applicable compliances.
● Coordinate with concerned agency/consultant for DoT compliance applicable to GNPL.
● Maintain statutory records, challans, returns, reconciliations, and supporting documents. ● Coordinate with internal/external auditors and provide required financial records.

Eligibility
● B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
● 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
● Experience in the IT/ISP/Telecom/Service industry will be an advantage
