Job Title: Sr Accountant

Time: 9 AM to 8 PM

Roles: Provide strategic financial planning and analysis to support business decisions.
- Responsibilities:

Purchase Bill Verification:
- Review and verify purchase bills to ensure prices match agreed terms.
- Enter verified purchase bills into the accounting software.

Credit Note Management:
- Verify vendor credit notes against purchase records and enter them into the G Pro.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GST regulations.

Payment Reconciliation:
- Merge dealer, supplier payments, and expenses for streamlined processing.
- Check daily supplier payments to prevent overdue situations.

Bank Account Reconciliation:
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Address any discrepancies in the mismatching report/dairy.

Ledger Verification:
- Verify and reconcile supplier balances with our ledger to ensure accuracy.

Sales Executive Support:
- Address and clarify any billing inquiries or doubts raised by sales executives.

Invoice Management:




- Review voided invoices and verify their status in the GST portal.
- Ensure all E-invoices related to credit notes are accurately reflected in G PRO vs GST portal.

Compliance Checks:
- Verify GSTR reports against the purchase portal in G PRO to ensure compliance.

Cash Handling:
- Collect cash from sales executives and submit cash denominations to the admin team.
- Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting norms
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Budget Planning & Implementation

Reports to be Submitted

Daily Report: Game Plan, Suppliers Payment.

Weekly Report: Purchase Entry reminders, Cheque Reports.

Monthly Report: Market Return,debtor Stock stat
