Experience:
7+ years as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem.
Domain Expertise:
Proven experience in Marketing Operations
or Sales Ops,
specifically managing lead-to-appointment or lead-to-prospect workflows.
Tools: Expert level in Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Administrator is required. Sales Cloud Consultant is a plus.
Agile Fluency:
Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and the ability to manage a groomed backlog.
