About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency to manage and coordinate multiple projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, project managers, creative teams, and digital marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously.
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, expectations, and timelines.
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Content, Graphic Design, Web Development, and Paid Marketing teams.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, task assignments, and delivery schedules.




- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with internal teams regarding pending deliverables.
- Identify project delays, risks, and dependencies and communicate them to the concerned stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and status updates.
- Organize internal meetings and client discussions whenever required.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management and clients.
- Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage client feedback and coordinate revisions with respective teams.
- Prioritize tasks based on deadlines, client requirements, and business priorities.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
- Monitor project deadlines and escalate critical issues to management.
- Maintain solid professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
