We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Forex Telesales Executive to join our Dubai sales team.
The role is focused on acquiring new retail traders through outbound calling, lead follow-ups and relationship building. You will speak directly with prospective traders, understand their requirements, explain our trading platform and help convert qualified prospects into active clients.
The ideal candidate has experience in forex, CFD, trading, financial services or telesales and is confident handling high-volume outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective traders and investors.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other acquisition channels.
- Explain our trading platform, account features, instruments and services clearly to prospective clients.
- Understand the prospect's trading interests and requirements.
- Handle objections related to trust, platform features, spreads, fees, onboarding and competition.
- Guide interested prospects through the account-opening and onboarding process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Convert qualified leads into registered and active trading clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with traders and improve client activation and retention.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on forex markets, trading products and competitor offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales or direct sales.
- Experience in Forex, CFD, stock trading, cryptocurrency, financial services or FinTech is strongly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
