Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CDP and senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.
- Perform basic food preparation, including cutting, chopping, peeling, marination, and portioning.
- Prepare mise en place required for daily service.
- Follow standard recipes, cooking methods, and portion sizes.
- Assist in preparing and plating dishes as instructed by senior chefs.
- Ensure food quality, freshness, taste, and presentation meet kitchen standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned workstation.
- Follow proper food storage, labelling, and FIFO procedures.
- Handle ingredients and kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
- Minimize food wastage through proper preparation and portion control.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Report ingredient shortages, quality issues, or equipment problems to the senior chef.
- Follow all kitchen SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist senior chefs with any other kitchen-related duties as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
