Kotylidon Lab Private Limited is a growing business focused on agricultural and food supply operations, including the sourcing and supply of vegetables, fruits, grains, pulses, meat, eggs, and other agricultural products to B2B customers.

We are looking for a responsible and energetic HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with management and respective departments.
- Handle employee joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave,



and employee information.
- Coordinate monthly payroll and salary-related activities.
- Handle employee queries and workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with management.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR databases.
- Manage employee exit and relieving formalities.
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support general administrative and HR activities as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous HR/recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and organizational skills may also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Wo
