We work with reputed manufacturers and serve industries, laboratories, research institutions and other customers.

Job Role

We are looking for a
Accounts & Quotation Executive – Tally Prime
to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, quotation preparation and commercial activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in
Tally Prime, GST, MS Excel, sales/purchase accounting and preparing quotations
.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in
Tally Prime
.
- Prepar, purchase entries, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Prepare and send
customer quotations
based on enquiries.
- Check product descriptions, item codes, pack sizes, prices, discounts and GST before sending quotations.




- Coordinate with customers regarding quotation clarifications, pricing and availability.
- Follow up on quotations and customer orders.
- Prepare sales orders, purchase orders and other commercial documents when required.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for payment follow-up.
- Assist with
GST-related accounting and documentation
.
- Reconcile customer/supplier accounts and bank transactions.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, quotations, purchase orders and other documents.
- Prepare basic Excel reports related to sales, purchases, quotations, outstanding payments and stock.
- Coordinate with the purchase, sales and management teams for pricing and order requirements.
- Handle customer and supplier communication related to accounts, quotations and billing.

- Graduate in
B.Com, M.Com, BBA, Finance,
