Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee civil execution for high-rise residential projects
- Manage RCC, Aluminium Formwork/MIVAN, Masonry, Waterproofing & Finishing
- Monitor project progress, quality and adherence to drawings/specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and site teams
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks and snagging/de-snagging
- Resolve technical/site issues and ensure timely completion

Industry: High-Rise Residential / Project Management Services

Key Requirements:
- 1012 years of experience in civil construction/project management
- Mandatory experience in 30+ storey high-rise residential projects
- Hands-on experience in Mivan Formwork, RCC & Civil Execution
- Strong exposure to waterproofing, faade, finishing & quality control
- Contractor, PMC & client/stakeholder management
- Experience with premium residential projects / IPCs preferred
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Early joiners (Max. 30 days) preferred
- Local candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Manage civil execution, quality, progress monitoring, contractor coordination, snagging/de-snagging, and tower completion & handover.
