Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and innovative R&D; Manager to lead the research, development, and design of power electronic products including UPS, SMPS, Inverters, and PCB-based systems. The candidate will be responsible for product development, circuit design, testing, troubleshooting, prototype development, and coordination with production and quality teams for successful product execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead R&D; activities for UPS, SMPS, Inverter, and PCB-based products.
- Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits.
- Develop schematic diagrams, PCB layouts, and product prototypes.
- Conduct testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Improve existing products for efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality departments.




- Select components and evaluate vendor products.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, BOM, and product specifications.
- Support product certification and regulatory approvals.
- Manage and guide the R&D; team for timely project completion.

Technical Skills Required
- Robust knowledge of Power Electronics.
- Hands-on experience in UPS, SMPS, and Inverter design.
- PCB Design and Circuit Development.
- Knowledge of Microcontrollers and Embedded Systems.

Experience with testing instruments such as CRO, Multimeter, and Power Analyzer

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
