Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Placement Officer to maximize truck procurement at the most competitive freight rates.
- Build and expand a solid network of booking offices to drive consistent indent procurement.
- Manage customer collections and resolve issues related to final freight settlements in a timely manner.
- Ensure seamless operations through effective cross-functional collaboration with central operations teams.
- Oversee timely collection and processing of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure proactive tracking for operational efficiency.
- Strengthen supply availability by building, maintaining, and actively engaging a robust network of transport partners.
