Role Description:

The OPT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for OPT candidates, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding recent graduates and international students seeking opportunities in the IT industry. This role involves building and maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with immigration and employment regulations.



The OPT Recruiter will collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and match candidates to suitable roles. The position is full time, in office, and based in Hyderabad, requiring regular interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders to support timely hiring and strong talent relationships.

Qualifications:
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for OPT and entry-level IT talent.
- Knowledge of OPT, CPT and related immigration regulations, along with an understanding of US hiring practices and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, use applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools, and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
