Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Corporate Segment to lead the sales team and drive business growth across the corporate, banking and financial services ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B/Corporate/Enterprise Sales, preferably within Banking, NBFC, Financial Services or FinTech, along with proven expertise in team management and sales leadership.

The role involves driving revenue growth, acquiring new corporate clients, managing strategic accounts, developing the sales pipeline and mentoring the sales team to consistently achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Drive new client acquisition across corporates, NBFCs,



banks and financial institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations and closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Drive cross-selling, upselling and account expansion opportunities.

Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for team members and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline meetings and performance discussions.
- Coach team members on prospecting, client engagement, presentations, negotiations and closures.
- Monitor productivity and implement performance improvement plans where required.
- Motivate the team and foster a high-performance, target-driven sales
