Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruitment, and Payroll.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs using Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the implemented Workday HCM modules effectively.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday HCM module functionality and provide resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in implementing or supporting Workday Functional projects.
- Solid understanding of Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruitment, and Payroll processes in an HRIS system like Workday.
- Experience working with various stakeholders including clients and internal teams during project implementation phases.
