About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Executive with 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction, precast concrete, building materials, or infrastructure industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, managing key customers, and expanding the market presence of our precast concrete products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across construction and infrastructure segments.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and project owners.
- Promote and sell precast concrete products and construction-related precast solutions.




- Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, and industry contacts.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable precast solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Track ongoing construction and infrastructure projects to identify potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, estimation, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales/business development.
