Designation : Vendor Development Executive | Pre-Sales

Profile Overview:
As a Vendor Development Executive - Pre-Sales, you will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding a strong network of vendors, subcontractors, and material suppliers across the US market. You will work closely with the Pre-Sales, Estimation, Procurement, and Project teams.

What is Expected of an Vendor Development Executive

Vendor Development & Management
- Identify and onboard reliable vendors, subcontractors, and material suppliers across the US.
- Build and maintain a structured vendor database covering capabilities, service areas, pricing, lead times, and past performance.
- Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, capacity, responsiveness, and regional coverage.
- Develop long-term relationships with key vendors and subcontractors.




- Continuously expand the vendor network to strengthen coverage across different US states and markets.

Pre-Sales & Estimation Support
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and estimation teams to understand project requirements and sourcing needs.
- Source quick and competitive quotations from relevant vendors during the bidding stage.
- Ensure vendor responses are timely.
- Support the team in meeting tight turnaround timelines for US bids.

Market & Cost Intelligence
- Maintain updated rate cards and benchmark pricing to support accurate project estimation.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain relevant records for future sourcing decisions.

What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in vendor development, procurement, sourcing or commercial operations.
- Experience in interiors, fit-outs, construction, furniture, building materials, or related industries will be preferred.
