Role Description
This on-site B2C Inside Sales Intern role is based in Delhi, OH, and is structured as an internship position.



The intern will engage directly with prospective individual candidates, conduct outbound and inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and explain AIM’s programs and global career pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, scheduling consultations, and supporting follow-ups to convert prospects into enrolled candidates. The intern will collaborate with sales and counseling teams to understand candidate needs, share program information, and provide a skilled, ethical, and service-oriented experience. The role may also involve assisting in basic reporting, participating in sales campaigns or events, and contributing feedback to improve candidate outreach and communication.
