Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage health claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with clients, TPAs, and healthcare providers for claim submission, investigation, and settlement.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees on mediclaim policies and procedures.
- Develop solid client relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Organize health camps and wellness programs for employees.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in claims management or related field (claims processing, GPA/GMC).
- Strong understanding of health insurance industry trends and regulations.
- Excellent client relationship building skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
