KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage projects from planning and execution to final completion and handover.

Prepare project schedules, timelines, manpower requirements, and execution plans.

Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

Lead and coordinate Project Managers, site teams, contractors, and installation teams.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per committed deadlines.

Conduct regular site visits and resolve project-related technical and execution issues.

Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Dispatch, and Installation teams.

Ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements.

Monitor project costs, manpower, material consumption, and overall project budget.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Review site measurements, drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.

Prepare regular project progress reports and MIS for management.





Identify project risks and take corrective actions to avoid delays.

Handle client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure proper documentation, final inspection, snag closure, and project handover.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

7+ years of experience in Project Management / Project Execution.

Experience in interior fit-out, acoustic solutions, construction, manufacturing, or building products will be preferred.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
