1. Project Overview: Strengthening identity governance and security practices and keeping the risks within organization appetite level.

2. Contractor’s Role: As a Sr IAM BA Analyst in Identity Governance and Administration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of user identity data within our organization. You will collaborate closely with application teams to obtain user extracts, validate them against our identity solution, and identify any discrepancies.

3. Experience Level:
- Level 1 – relevant 2 years

4. Qualifications:
- Any bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

5. Must have skills:
- Data Validation:



Collaborate with SaaS application teams to obtain user data extracts from various systems and sources.
- Identity Solution Integration: Utilize our identity governance and administration tools and systems to validate user data against the central identity repository.
- Discrepancy Detection: Identify and analyze discrepancies or inconsistencies between the extracted user data and the data stored in our identity solution.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the root causes of data discrepancies, including data quality issues, access provisioning errors, or system integration problems.
- Data Correction: Work with relevant teams to rectify data discrepancies and ensure that user information is accurate and up to date.
