Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Iskon, Ahmedabad (In office)
Experience: 2-6 Years
Shift Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to achieve lead generation, traffic, and conversion goals.

2. Campaign Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, keywords, audiences, placements, and targeting to improve ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion:
Develop and manage campaigns focused on generating quality leads and conversions while maintaining an effective CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

4. Ad Creation & A/B Testing:
Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad copies and creatives. Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

5. Keyword & Audience Research:
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

7. Analytics & Conversion Tracking:
Use tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance and conversion tracking.

8. Budget Management:
Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure spending is aligned with campaign objectives and expected ROI.

9. Campaign Strategy:
Develop data-driven paid advertising strategies based on business objectives, target audience, industry trends, and campaign performance.

10.Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative, content, SEO, and account management teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
