Job Description: - Technical Co-ordinator (Business Excellence)
Department: - Engineering/QMS/Operational Excellence
Location: - Mumbai (Mumbai-based candidates preferred)

Qualification
Qualification - B.E. / B.Tech Electrical Engineering, From recognised university (AICTE / UGC), Minimum 60% aggregate marks with Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Experience: -
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in power sector / Utilities , combined with a robust understanding of ISO 9001 QMS system implementation.
Must have background knowledge of:-
1). Electrical utility HT/LT systems, cables, switchgear, transformers, motors, and other equipments, operation & Maintenance.
2). Understanding of electrical drawings, SLD and technical documentation.
3). RCA & CAPA methodologies
Key responsibilities: -
1). Preparing, Planning, and conducting ISO audit program as per the schedule
2). Verification, compilation and follow up for closure of observations and NCs




3). Co-ordination with the External auditors for the recertification, surveillance audit, and planning
4). Identify gaps, provide inputs for management and support for maintaining and improving QMS.
5). Updating of documents, formats, records, revisions, SOPs as per QMS methodology
6). SPOC between certifying agency and self-organisation
7). Co-ordinating with all the stake holders for driving the management system.
Skill sets:-
1). Strong knowledge of QMS principles and auditing techniques and guidelines
2). Root cause analysis and corrective action
3). Good report writing, communication, and presentation
4). Knowledge in ISO documentation QMS procedures work instructions, records and management of change.
Preference: - Basic Knowledge on Kaizen, Quality circle, 6-Sigma, 5S.
