Pongalur Sri Annapooranis Sweets looking for an ERP Senior Executive for ERP Software data entry work. Candidate must completed B.Sc (Computer Science), BCA, and any degree or diploma related to computer operation with 3 to 5 years of experience.
1. ERP System Implementation & Configuration:
- Work with various departments (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to understand their requirements and ensure that the ERP system is configured to meet organizational needs.
- Configure ERP modules (such as Financial Management, Inventory, Sales, etc.) as per the business requirements.
2. User Support
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Identify, track, and report technical glitches or bugs within the ERP system. Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely resolution and verify that issues are properly fixed post-deployment.

System Monitoring and Maintenance
- Regularly monitor the performance of the ERP system, ensuring uptime and response times are within acceptable levels.
- Ensure regular data backups are performed for ERP data.
4. User Training & Documentation
- Conduct training sessions for end-users, focusing on system functionality and recent features.
- Maintain up-to-date user manuals, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for the ERP system.
5. Data Extraction: Extract, analyze, and generate reports using ERP system data for decision-making.
6. System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for ERP optimization and propose system enhancements.
7. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with ERP vendors for any enhancements or customizations required.
