QC (Quality Control) Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and stability samples.
- Operate and maintain HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, dissolution, and other analytical instruments as applicable.
- Perform chemical, physical, and instrumental analysis as per approved specifications and SOPs.
- Prepare and maintain standard solutions, reagents, mobile phases, and analytical samples.
- Review analytical results and ensure compliance with specifications, STPs, and pharmacopeial requirements.
- Handle OOS, OOT, deviations, and laboratory investigations.
- Maintain proper GLP, GMP, and data-integrity practices.
- Perform instrument calibration,



qualification, and routine maintenance.
- Maintain QC documentation, worksheets, logbooks, analytical reports, and COAs.
- Support method validation, method verification, and analytical method transfer.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of samples, chemicals, and reference standards.
- Follow all required safety procedures and laboratory practices.

Key skills: HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution, Stability, GLP/GMP, OOS/OOT, Method Validation, Documentation, and Data Integrity.
