Job Description:
The HVAC Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing HVAC systems and ensuring they are efficiently designed, installed, and maintained within various projects. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams, project managers, and contractors to ensure that HVAC systems meet project specifications and regulations. The HVAC Coordinator will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, responding to emergencies, and implementing energy-efficient solutions to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage HVAC-related activities across project sites.
- Review and approve HVAC design documents, shop drawings, and submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with various disciplines, ensuring integration of HVAC systems with other engineering systems.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for project tracking and communication.
- Liaise between clients, contractors,



and project stakeholders regarding HVAC requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues and provide technical support when necessary.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines related to HVAC installations and maintenance.
- Promote and implement energy-productive practices and solutions for HVAC systems.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards (ASHRAE, ANSI, etc.).
- Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical challenges in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of energy management practice
